The volts is high enough but the problem is some Lithium batteries will take whatever amps it can take. Most can charge at a 100 Amp charge rate, thus it will stress your alternator. It is always safe practice to charge a LiFePo battery via a DCtoDC charger or anything that can control the amps. For 220volt charger, get something that was designed for LiFePO4, like the Victron Blue Smart 12Volt 15 Amp charger with Bluetooth . If you do not have such a charger but have a charger with different settings, opt of the GEL Battery settings, I find that works best. Same with solar controller, if it does not have a LiFePo specific function, opt for GEL.
