We make use of a courier company to deliver your purchases to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, collections from our store can be arranged.

Collection from our store

Collection from our store is free of charge and the items are generally ready within 8 hours depending on the size and location of the items ordered. If the item(s) ordered are not available within 24 hours of payment being made, we will contact you in order to arrange a suitable time. Pick-up is available between 9:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday and 9:00 till 12:00 on Saturdays.

The following delivery fees apply:

Nationwide: R100.00. The total package cannot exceed a volumetric mass of 5kg.

AFFIPADAF reserves the right to add a surcharge on delivery in the event that the delivery charge exceeds the amount quoted on the website. Any changes in delivery charge will be communicated with the customer BEFORE the parcel is dispatched and payment for the extra mass will be arranged with the customer.

After we shipped the products your products are in the hand of the courier company. The courier company can take anything from 2 to 5 working days to deliver within the RSA borders. International couriers can take between 5 and 15 working days.

Please note that we also sell third party products like seat covers and bash plates. In the case of third party products we cannot guarantee when your products will be sent out, it will depend on availability at that supplier.

Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a full refund.

How will I know if my parcel has been sent?

We update the status of your order all the time. The moment we have sent the goods the status will change to "Shipped" and you will receive your tracking number.
